Applications for arbitration program are now open
The Lebanese Armed Forces Research & Strategic Studies Center and the deanship of the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences, in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, announce the start of accepting applications to participate in the oral interview to be held to select applicants to join the arbitration program organized by the Mediation & Arbitration Training Office (MATO).
The program aims mainly to provide participants with the specialized knowledge and practical skills needed to understand arbitration mechanisms as an alternative means of dispute resolution and enhance participants' abilities in drafting arbitration agreements.
Applications will be accepted from Monday, 17 March 2025 until Wednesday, 16 April 2025 at the Mediation & Arbitration Training Office at the Center for Strategic Research & Studies - Rihaniyeh.
Admission to the program:
Trainees are accepted by a decision of the Joint Administrative Board of the Mediation & Arbitration Office according to the following:
1- Holding a bachelor's degree in law or political science.
2- Proficiency in the English language.
3- The candidate should submit a complete file that includes all required documents.
Applicants will be subject to an oral interview in English conducted by the Joint Administrative Board at the Center for Research & Strategic Studies on 22 April 2025.
Accepted students will be enrolled at RSSC from the release of the oral interview result until 29 April 2025.
The program runs for three months from 29 April 2025 to 29 July 2025, two days a week.
