Artistic Impact by Dr. Lilian Abi Shakra from the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture
Dr. Lilian Abi Shakra, from the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture, received a certificate of registration of literary and artistic impact from the Ministry of Economy & Trade in Lebanon in the field of perspective drawing, entitled "The LASK method– Legacy of Architectural Science and Knowledge".
The new method simplifies the traditionally complex process of perspective drawing by incorporating the Golden Ratio, the Fibonacci sequence, and mathematics, allowing faster and easier creation of three-dimensional spaces.
The main objectives of this innovation are:
- Introduce the general public and students in particular to an innovative and effective method of perspective drawing.
- Explain how the Golden Ratio and the Fibonacci sequence naturally guide spatial composition.
- Reduce the time and effort required to create accurate three-dimensional perspectives.
- Enable students to focus on creativity rather than technical constraints and provide hands-on training and interactive demonstrations to enhance learning.
