Article 1

A faculty called the “Faculty of Pharmacy” is hereby created at the Lebanese University, whose mission is to provide higher education and conduct research in the field of pharmacy.

Article 2

All provisions relating to the pharmaceutical branch provided for in Decree No. 1118 of 12 October 1983, concerning diplomas, duration of studies, programs, and student admission procedures shall apply to the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Article 3

The faculty is managed and its regulations are established in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions governing the units of the Lebanese University and its departments.

Article 4

All provisions contrary to or incompatible with the provisions of this decree are repealed.

Article 5

This decree is published and communicated where necessary.
