Article 1

A Faculty of Law shall be established at the Lebanese University, comprising two sections:

Section 1 shall comprise four classes and shall mainly teach law, political and economic sciences in Arabic, leading students directly to the Lebanese law degree.

Section 2 shall consist of four classes and shall mainly teach law, political and economic sciences in French, leading students to a Lebanese law degree in accordance with the conditions currently in force.

Article 2

A committee shall be formed consisting of:

Bechara Tabbah

Sobhi Mahmasani

Jawad Osseiran

Mission: Draft texts and regulations for the implementation of the provisions of Article 1 of this decree.

Article 3

This decree shall be published and communicated as necessary.
