Cooperation between the Lebanese University and Paris Sciences et Lettres University (PSL)

The President of the Lebanese University, Dr. Bassam Badran, met with a delegation from Paris Sciences et Lettres University (PSL), led by the Vice President for International Relations, Ms. Jennifer Heurley, to discuss ways in which the two institutions could cooperate in several areas.

 

During the meeting, the French delegation presented the structure of PSL University, which comprises thirteen departments covering a wide range of disciplines, and expressed its interest in developing a framework agreement for cooperation with the Lebanese University.

 

For his part, President Badran presented the Lebanese University's strategy to the delegation, particularly in terms of international partnerships, and stressed the importance of strengthening academic and scientific cooperation with PSL through agreements in various fields such as engineering, archaeology, architecture, fine arts, science, and health.

 

The Lebanese University's Office of External Relations will continue to prepare the necessary agreements for signature and will begin to implement their provisions as soon as possible.
