Master in Stylistics from Sorbonne University - Paris 4 in 1974;
Bachelor in French Language & Literature from the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1973.

Lecturer at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 1) in 1978;
Director of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 1) between 2007-2010;
Head of the French Department at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 1) between 2004-2005;
Member of the project funded by the Association of Universities that teach wholly or partially in the French language to conduct strengthening courses in the French language for LU students between 1993-1997;
Participated in several conferences between Lebanon and abroad, and organized training courses to teach French as a second language and as a foreign language in France;
Author of several publications and research papers.
