Student Loujayn Jamal ranked within the top 50 international architectural engineering graduation projects for 2025
Tamayouz International Architecture Graduation Projects Award 2025 ranked Loujayn Jamal's graduation project, from the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture - Branch 3, among the top 50 architectural graduation projects worldwide for 2025.
Loujayn’s project was selected from among 949 participants (individuals and teams) representing 185 universities from 47 countries. It is a model building for disaster management in Tripoli, completed under the supervision of Dr. Wassim El Naghi, professor at the faculty and former head of its Architecture Department.
The award committee considered the inclusion of the Loujayn's project in the Top 50 list is a testament to the caliber of education and mentorship provided by the Lebanese University.
Engineer Loujayn Jamal, who completed her master's degree in architecture in 2025, points to her positive experience at the Lebanese University during her bachelor's and master's degrees, both in terms of the support she received from her professors and the skills she acquired.
Loujayn affirms the confidence of the job market in the Lebanese University degree, which she has experienced in the job market outside Lebanon.
