
Discussion at the Faculty of Pedagogy on the book “Spiritual Intelligence and the Art of Leadership”
The Center for Educational Studies & Research at the Faculty of Pedagogy, organized a discussion on the book "Spiritual Intelligence and the Art of Leadership" by Dr. Ghassan Yaacoub and Dr. Ali Obeid.
The book is considered a fundamental contribution to the subject of spiritual intelligence, presenting it as a concept that complements the well-known intelligence systems (physical, emotional, and mental), addressing the most prominent theories that explain it, and presenting its characteristics and potential applications in various fields.
The meeting was moderated by Dr. Rima Karam, and the discussion was attended by Dr. Mazen Abboud, who addressed the role of spiritual intelligence in management and leadership, Dr. Mohamad Rammal, who focused on the importance of this intelligence in preparing effective leaders, and Dr. Mariam Raad, who presented a reading on spiritual intelligence as a turning point in the course of public awareness and its potential educational benefits.
The meeting concluded with an open dialogue, during which the author, Dr. Ghassan Yaacoub, answered questions from the audience, emphasizing the importance of activating spiritual intelligence in academic and educational environments.
