President Fouad Ayoub issued Decision No. 2209 on 12 October 2021, amending Article 3 of Decision No. 2138 dated 7/10/2021 on the collection of registration fees for foreign and Arab students in US dollars, and excluding foreign and Arab students born of a Lebanese mother and residing in Lebanon.
