LU professors and students explore the Indonesian barge in Beirut port

A delegation of Lebanese University students and professors visited the Indonesian barge “KRI Sultan Iskandar Muda (367)” anchored in Beirut Port and participating in the peacekeeping mission of the UNIFIL.

More than fifty students participated in the first reception of “KRI Sultan Iskandar Muda (367)”, surveying the barge sections reinforced with 119 marines from the Indonesian Garuda Battalion, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences, Professor Ahmad Rabah, representing President Bassam Badran, and Professor Mohamad Hosni Al-Hajj, Former Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture and the Officer in the Indonesian-Lebanese Cooperation Forum (LICF).
