Professional Master in Digital Media

The Faculty of Information adopts curricula in line with the communication revolution and technological development worldwide. The curricula include media sciences, technology, general culture, languages, etc.

The research center at the Faculty includes a department for studies, research and documentation, and a center for media training.

Description

This master keeps pace with the technical developments that require students to acquire digital skills that allow them to work in new professions needed in the labor market, including programming materials, creating mobile applications, and others.

This master develops journalism students' skills in journalistic editing and links it to new technologies, moving from traditional to new media.

The students of Corporate Communication are entitled to learn new strategies that enhance the presence of individuals, companies and organizations in the digital space.

  • This master receives students succeeding in the first year of the master from the two departments of journalism and corporate communication.
  • A Competitive Entrance Exam (CEE) is conducted, if the number of candidates exceeds the required number of students.
  • It is required to obtain a cumulative GPA for the bachelor courses of not less than 3/5 according to the grading scale adopted at the Lebanese University (or 12/20) according to what is currently approved.
