PhD in Computer Science from the University of Nantes, France in 1997;
Master in Applied Computer Science & Control Systems from the University of Nantes, France in 1993;
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at the Lebanese University in 1992.

Professional Career

Lecturer at the Faculty of Technology and the Doctoral School of Science & Technology at the Lebanese University in 2000;
Dean of the Faculty of Technology at the Lebanese University since 2014;
Head of the Information & Communication Networks Engineering Department at the Faculty of Technology at the Lebanese University between 2005 and 2008;
Contributed to the development and modernization of curriculums and specializations of the Faculty of Technology at the Lebanese University, and the conclusion of more than 20 cooperation agreements with French engineering faculties and universities;
Member of the Scientific Council of the Doctoral School of Science & Technology at the Lebanese University;
Supervisor and rapporteur of doctoral dissertations and master theses at the Lebanese University and a number of French universities;
Contributed to the design and development of the "Question Bank System" for technical teaching in the Ministry of Education & Higher Education in Lebanon between 2003 and 2004;
Visiting professor at the Sorbonne University - France between 2009 and 2010;
Lecturer at the Universities of Nantes and Angers in France;
Engineer for international companies in Paris between 1999 and 2000;
Member of GRIT Research Group, and a judge of a number of international journals and conferences;
Author of published research on informatics, networks, modeling, and information and data management.
