  • PhD in Computers & Microelectronics from the University of Genoa, Italy in 1997;
  • Diploma in Communications & Electronics Engineering from Beirut Arab University in 1992;

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management at the Lebanese University in 1997 and holder of the rank of Professor in 2009;
  • Head of the Research, Documentation & Publishing Center at the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management at the Lebanese University since 2019;
  • Head of the Tourism & Travel Department at the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management at the Lebanese University between 2006 and 2011;
  • Member of the Higher Committee for Curriculum & Program Development at the Lebanese University since 2011;
  • Member of the Curriculum & Program Development Committee at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Lebanese University since 2007;
  • Teaching Staff Representative of the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management at the Lebanese University in the University Council between 2014 and 2016;
  • Supervising Professor at the Doctoral School of Law, Political, Administrative & Economic Sciences and the Doctoral School of Science & Technology at the Lebanese University;
  • Founder of "MECRL" laboratory for Scientific Research in Electronics & Computer at the Doctoral School of Science & Technology at the Lebanese University;
  • Coordinating member in cooperation agreements between the Lebanese University and the Universities of Genoa, Rome and Cagliari in Italy since 2015;
  • Created electronic designs capable of decoding and multiplying numbers to create artificial neurons, known internationally as "Chible's multiplier";
  • Author of research and articles published in international scientific books and journals.
