PhD in Statistics & Informatics from Paris-Sorbonne University in 1974;
Bachelor in Mathematics from the Faculty of Science at the Lebanese University in 1970.

Professional Career

Lecturer at the Faculty of Science of the Lebanese University in 1976;
Lecturer of Statistics at the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration at the Lebanese University;
Director of the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration (Branch 1) of the Lebanese University between 1980 and 1983;
Vice President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction between 1983 and 1991;
Government Commissioner to the Council for Development and Reconstruction between 1991 and 2006;
Member of the Port of Beirut Company and the Submarine Cable Company (Sodetel);
Supervised graduation projects for fourth year students in the Faculty of Economics & Business Administration at the Lebanese University;
Author of scientific research and published articles related to statistics, mathematics, and the study of climatic conditions in Lebanon.
