Circular No. 13 on the benefit of insured persons from family compensation

With the start of the 2021-2022 academic year, and in order to be able to disburse the family compensation to the insured and to process the monthly schedules of family compensation issued by the NSSF, those concerned are required to provide the NSSF Office of the Lebanese University with the following documents:
- School or university registration certificates for male children who have reached the age of 18 to 25 years, provided that the certificates issued by a private school, institute or university are duly certified.
- Issuance of a new personal status record for girls who have reached the age of 18 to 25 years (No need for registration certificates for girls).
- New family status record.
- A service affidavit on behalf of the husband for women beneficiaries of family compensation.
- Declaration of the husband's work or the work of any of the children, with a statement from the employer proving the date of commencement of work.
- New copy of the statement issued by the Directorate of Illness and Maternity in the NSSF and given to women beneficiaries to benefit from their children’s security contributions with a new date after the social investigation (with its confirmation in the center issued thereby) and the social investigation expiring for up to four years from the date of its issuance.
- Notify the NSSF Office of the resignation or quitting of any employee or trainer affiliated with the NSSF.
- Inform the NSSF Office of any refund of amounts to the NSSF from any affiliate benefiting from family compensation and send a copy of the receipt (within the required conditions) with the amount paid.
The family compensation for those who do not comply with the content of the above circular is suspended.
The documents required for beneficiaries in the northern branches shall be sent to the authorized representative, Mr. Ragheb Al-Fay.
