- PhD in Economics/Tourism Management from Grenoble Alpes University, France in 2013;
- Master in Business Administration from the Middle East University, Lebanon in 2008;
- Bachelor in Hospitality Management from the Higher School of Commerce of Tunis (ESC) in 1996.

- Lecturer at the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management at the Lebanese University in 2014;
- Head of the Department of Tourism Management at the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management since 2019;
- Coordinator of research activities at the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management within the Erasmus+ program;
- Trainer and supervisor of students at the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management to sit for the (IATA), (Galileo) and (Amadeus) exams;
- Teaching staff delegate of the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management at the university council since 2021;
- Supervisor and rapporteur of Master theses for students of the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management;
- Coordinator of ISO9001 program in the Faculty of Information and the Faculty of Tourism & Hospitality Management;
- Member of the European Centre for Research Training and Development (ECRTD) since 2017;
- Member of the World Economic Association since 2014;
- Member of the Hospitality Consultants Association between 2006-2020;
