  • PhD in Human Sciences from Sorbonne University - Paris III in 1975;
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising Arts & Public Relations from Sorbonne University - Paris 3 in 1975;
  • Bachelor in Arabic Language & Literature from the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1972;
  • Bachelor in Information from the Faculty of Information at the Lebanese University in 1972;
  • Certificate of Competence in Teaching Arabic Language & Literature from the Faculty of Pedagogy at the Lebanese University in 1973.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Information in 1982 and holder of the rank of Professor in 2004;
  • Director of the Faculty of Information (Branch 2) between 1993-1997;
  • Acting Director of the Faculty of Information (Branch 2) in 1985;
  • Supervising Professor and Rapporteur of PhD Dissertations at the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences since 2010;
  • Member of the Coordination Committee for the Acceptance of PhD Students/Media Specialization at the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences between 2016-2018;
  • Lecturer in orientation and information courses for Lebanese army officers at Fouad Chehab Command and Staff College between 1997-2018;
