Lebanese University Participates in IEEE MENACOMM'25

More than a hundred master's and PhD students and a group of Lebanese University professors participated in the IEEE MENACOMM'25 Middle East and North Africa Communications Conference, organized by IEEE ComSoc Lebanon and the Lebanese American University (LAU) between 20-22 February 2025.

 

IEEE-MENACOMM'25 is an international platform for researchers and students to present their research in the field of communications and networking, network with experts, and participate in technical discussions on the latest developments in the field.

 

The Lebanese University played a pivotal role in sponsoring the technical conference through the Doctoral School of Science & Technology and the Research Laboratory (LaRRIS) of the Faculty of Science, in partnership with IEEE Lebanon Section, IEEE ComSoc in Lebanon, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, France, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Tunisia, and FEMTO-ST Research Laboratory in France.

 

Dr. Jacques Demirjian, from the Faculty of Science at the Lebanese University and President of IEEE ComSoc Lebanon, served as Co-Chair of IEEE MENACOMM'25 and Chair of the IEEE MNACOMM Steering Committee.
