PhD in Philosophy from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in 1982;
Master of Philosophy from the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1980;
Bachelor of Education in Philosophy from the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences in 1975;
Teaching Bachelor Degree in Arabic Language & Literature from the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences in 1972.

Professional Career

Director of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 1) between 2010-2013;
Headed the Department of Philosophy in the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences (Branch 1) between 2007-2009;
Chaired the committee for coordinating and studying PhD projects in the subject of philosophy at the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities and Social Sciences of the Lebanese University for 3 years;
Participated in curriculum modification workshops at the Lebanese University;
Participated in the training of teachers and directors of secondary education at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Lebanese University;
Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Studies at Makassed University of Beirut for years;
Former researcher at the Arab Development Institute;
Teacher of secondary education at the Ministry of Education & Higher Education between 1977-1999;
Participated in training courses for civil service council employees in the public sector and Lebanese government institutions;
Trainer at the Social Training Center of the Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs in 1977;
Author of several publications and philosophical research.
