Lecturer in Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University, Military Engineering Academy, Libya and the University of Balamand, Lebanon;
Head of Maintenance Department in Medical Cotton Products Company – Libya between 1982 and 1988;
Author of several researches and publications on the topics of Hydroelectric, Dynamic and Qualitative Control Systems with publications of LPI Reference Model;
Participant in scientific research reports related to control, measurement and guidance.
