  • PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg 1, France in 1985;
  • Master in Physical Chemistry & Environmental Control from University of Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg 1, France, in 1981;
  • Certificate in Academic Advising from Henry Ford Community College, USA, 2016.

Professional Career

  • General Coordinator of the International Relations Office at the Lebanese University since 2017;
  • Co-founder of the Doctoral School of Science & Technology at the Lebanese University and Dean between 2007 and 2014;
  • Consultant in Scientific Research and Development - Assistant to the President of the Lebanese University between 2007 and 2011;
  • Member of the Committee of Regional Experts (CRE) at the Francophone University Agency (AUF) since 2009;
  • Professor in the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the Faculty of Science - Lebanese University since 1986;
  • Expert in Quality Assurance within the regional cooperation program "Euromed Brussels" between 2007 and 2008;
  • Expert in the Regional Committee of Scientific Experts at the Francophone University Agency (AUF) since 2007;
  • Expert in a number of scientific journals and national and international scientific research programs between 2012 and 2016;
