  • PhD in Sociology from the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences at the Lebanese University in 2010;
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Sociology from the Institute of Social Sciences at the Lebanese University in 2007;
  • Certificate of Merit in Sociology from the Institute of Social Sciences at the Lebanese University in 2005;
  • Bachelor in Sociology from the Institute of Social Sciences at the Lebanese University in 2004.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 3) at the Lebanese University in 2012 and obtained the rank of Professor in 2019;
  • Director of the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 3) at the Lebanese University since 2020;
  • Lecturer at Jinan University - Tripoli and leader of development projects in North Lebanon in cooperation with international organizations;
  • Director of the vocational training center at the Mhammara Women Charity Association funded by the European Union and the Council for Development and Reconstruction;
  • Director of the Youth Empowerment Project in North Lebanon - USAID between 2011 and 2012;
  • Participant in dozens of courses related to training social workers on methods of dealing with awareness and support for children, women and youth empowerment;
  • Co-author of a group of development projects and contributor to field and statistical research under the supervision of the Development Office in the Municipality of Tripoli and the Central Administration of Statistics in Lebanon;
  • a collection of books and research papers on social, political and developmental topics, in addition to the novel "Prisoner of the Spirit", published by Al-Maaref Forum in Beirut in 2013.
