  • PhD in Law (Constitutional & Administrative Law) from Toulouse 1 University Capitole, France in 1997;
  • Master in Public Law from the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1993;
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1992;
  • Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1991.

Professional Career

  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1998 and Director of Branch 3 since 2021;
  • Head of the Public Law Department in the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 3) at the Lebanese University;
  • President of the Alumni of the Faculty of Law, Political & Administrative Sciences (Branch 3) at the Lebanese University;
  • Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering (Branch 1) at the Lebanese University between 2009 and 2014;
  • Member of the Legal Committee at the Presidency of the Lebanese University;
  • Member of the Scientific Council at the Doctoral School in Law, Political, Administrative & Economic Sciences at the Lebanese University since 2016;
  • Professor at the Fouad Shehab Command and Staff College (CSC) and at the National School of Administration - ENA Lebanon;
