Bachelor in Mass Communication from the University of Baghdad in 1982.

Director of the Faculty of Information (Branch 1) of the Lebanese University between 2011-2015;
Head of the Journalism Department at the Faculty of Information (Branch 1) between 2001-2002, 2002-2003 and 2007-2008;
Member of the Certificate Equivalency Committee and the preparation of its bylaws at the Faculty of Information since 2007;
Member of the Supervising Committees for Graduation Projects at the Faculty of Information (Branch 1/Department of Written, Visual and Audio Journalism);
Member of the Research Team for Media & Communication Sciences at the Doctoral School of Literature, Humanities & Social Sciences;
