  • Postgraduate Diploma in Social Sciences from the Institute of Social Sciences at the Lebanese University in 1988;
  • Merit in Social Sciences from the Institute of Social Sciences in 1985.

  • Director of the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 4) in 2020;
  • Member of the faculty council of the Institute of Social Sciences between 2016-2017;
  • Teaching Staff Delegate of the Institute of Social Sciences (Branch 4) in the faculty council between 2018-2019;
  • Teaching Staff Delegate of the Institute of Social Sciences at the League of Full-time Professors at the Lebanese University between 2013-2016;
  • Active in a number of NGOs in and around Zahle;
  • Participated in workshops with the United Nations that discussed ways to achieve the SDGs - Agenda 2030, namely SDG 5;
  • Author of research published on internal migration, the industrial and agricultural sectors in the Bekaa region, and the impact of social media on youth upbringing.
