Scientific Qualifications

  • PhD in Philosophy from France in 1950.
  • BA in Arabic Language & Literature from the American University of Beirut.

Professional Career

  • One of the founders of the Lebanese University, and the first to place a subject of philosophy in the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences between 1973-1974.
  • Head of the Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences for several years.
  • Dean of the Faculty of Letters & Human Sciences between 1969-1971.
  • Former lecturer of philosophy at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik between 1966-1967.
  • Former lecturer at the Lebanese Academy and the Higher School of Literature.
  • Author of several literature publications.

 

Passed away in 1976.
