Center MINE 2023: A year of growth, partnerships and positive impact
The year 2023 marked an important milestone in Centre MINE's working process, whether in terms of the activities it organized, the services it provided, or the partnerships it built with several local and foreign entities.
Committed to playing its part in the university community by discovering students' talents, enhancing their abilities, training and supporting them before and after graduation, Centre MINE has provided services that have benefited over 51,000 people by connecting them with job opportunities and employers, providing around 2,600 jobs and 1,530 successful job applications.
To share knowledge, in 2023 Centre MINE organized some 565 workshops covering over 350 topics, with the participation of 219 specialists and 139 volunteers working together to achieve positive societal change.
With the start of 2024, Center MINE announces the creation of MILES, a business incubator for Lebanese startups. This new initiative aims to promote entrepreneurship and innovation and provide a platform for promising startups to thrive and contribute to improving the economic landscape.
On an international level, Centre MINE has been recognized as a "Best Practice for 2023" by Unimed Italy, which is proof of the importance and quality of the innovative methods and influential initiatives that Centre MINE adopts in its work.
Center MINE appreciates all those who have been part of its journey in 2023, and looks forward to a new year of opportunity, challenge, collaboration and continued positive impact.
