FLHS - Branch 4 students visit Asmar Wood Company
The Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture - Branch 4 organized a visit for students of the Interior Design Department to the “Asmar Wood Company” in Mkalles, Beirut.
The company's managing partner, Mr. Jad Asmar, gave a comprehensive presentation of the company's history and activities, types of wood, treatment and manufacturing methods. The students then visited the company's departments to find out about the types of wood available and the molding department, where they were briefed on the latest industrial machinery used in wood processing.
The visit was coordinated by Mrs. Manal Malaeb, in the presence of Mrs. Hanane Houhou, head of the department's interior design department, Mrs. Iman Khaddaj Al-Beaini and Mrs. Ghada Sfeir.
