Seminar entitled "A family that plays, a safe family for sustainable development"
The DSLHSS organized a scientific seminar presented by the former Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts & Architecture (FFAA), Dr. Jean Daoud, entitled "A family that plays, a safe family for sustainable development ", in the presence of PhD students in psychology and the head of the research team for the specialization in psychology, Dr. Bahaa Yehya.
The aim of the seminar was to present Dr. Daoud's method, founded in 1981 and entitled "therapy through play, art and creativity".
Dr. Daoud emphasized the importance of "creativity" as a goal and tool for serenity and purification, and for building sustainable development, particularly within the family, using case examples of individuals and families.
He emphasized that the concept of the "playing family" helps to achieve higher levels of family cohesion and psychological serenity, as play helps to build and rebuild a safe and supportive environment for children and adults alike, contributing to the sustainable development of the family and society.
